Do you take custom orders?

  1. If you need customized products, please contact us by email and tell us your needs. We will prepare a customized order for your confirmation, please feel free to contact us

Can I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed it cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer, orders go immediately into our automatic fulfilment system which we are unable to interfere with. If you have made an order in error, you have the possibility to return the goods after delivery.

Payment issues

If you are having trouble placing your order on our website it could be because of one of the following factors:

1.You may need to authorise the payment with your bank before placing another order
2.You may need to check that your security code matches the number on the back of the card
3.You might have input a shipping address of a country we are unable to deliver to
4. The billing address does not match the address registered on the credit card.
Unfortunately, we are unable to help resolve technical issues directly related to credit card payment processing. Therefore, we recommend using a different payment method, such as PayPal, or you can register for a payment using a credit card.

Please note that when placing an order on our website the billing address should be the registered address for the debit or credit card used to pay at the checkout.

We recommend using the same shipping and billing address, however if the order is a gift then it is possible to ship to an alternative address especially if the address is registered to your PayPal account.

Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email.

Do the product prices include VAT?

The prices include shipping fees and Custom duties.

Can I have an Invoice?

You’ll find a link on your order confirmation to download your invoice but if you need help, just get in touch.

Which currency am I buying in?

The prices listed on this website are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).

How long does it take to get my order?

Under normal circumstances (non-customized orders and the stock is sufficient), the product will be shipped within three days after payment.

What shipping methods do you use?

Shipping Method: Asia – EMS / Other Areas – Air Freight.

How long does it take to get my order?

The sequence of shipment will be based on the time of order and payment.

Time of delivery: 10-15 days (including holidays) under normal circumstances. The aforementioned time is subject to change if any accident or force majeure occurs. We will notify the buyer as soon as possible if any accident or force majeure occurs.
