By placing an order on this website you are agreeing to the terms and return policy.
A. Ordering
1. The prices listed on this website are in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
2. The prices include shipping fees and Custom duties.
3. The exchange rate is subject to the rate announced by the Bank of Taiwan on the date of payment.
4. The listed price shall not apply to customized orders (customized products); customized products will be quoted according to the needs of customers; custom orders will be manufactured after both parties confirmed the order and the buyer makes payment of the product.
5. If you need customized products, please contact us by email and tell us your needs. We will prepare a customized order for your confirmation.
6. If the customized order is confirmed by the customer and payment has been made, we will not accept any requests for cancellation of order or refund; if the buyer wishes to modify the order, such modification request must be provided within seven days from confirmation of the order. Otherwise we may not accept such request.
B. Payment method:
International orders-You may use credit card, wire transfer (a bank fee of NTD500 will be additional charged) or Paypal (a bank fee of NTD500 will be additional charged).
Domestic orders in Taiwan- You may use credit card or wire transfer. Paypal is not accepted for domestic orders.

C. Shipping and delivery
1. Under normal circumstances (non-customized orders and the stock is sufficient), the product will be shipped within three days after payment.
2. The sequence of shipment will be based on the time of order and payment.
3. Shipping Method: Asia – EMS / Other Areas – Air Freight.
4. Time of delivery: 10-15 days (including holidays) under normal circumstances. The aforementioned time is subject to change if any accident or force majeure occurs. We will notify the buyer as soon as possible if any accident or force majeure occurs.

Return and replacement
Applications for return and exchange must comply with the following five conditions:
1. Non-customized product.
2. Apply for return within 14 days after receipt.
3. The product cannot be assembled, used or damaged.
4. The returned product must be brand new with the original packaging.
5. Please indicate “RETURN – FAILED SALE” on the return documents.“RETURN – FAILED SALE”
Application method:
1. Please inform us of the reason when applying for return and exchange, and, if necessary, please provide photos for confirmation upon our company’s request.
2. Our company will not bear the cost of return and re-delivery if your application for return and exchange is not based on the warranty clause D1 below. Please choose carefully when placing an order.
3. If our company accepts your application for return or exchange of the product, you may choose to exchange the product or refund. If you choose to exchange the product, we will re-send the product to the address of the buyer and we do not accept change of address or name of the buyer
If you choose to exchange the product:

If you choose to refund:
1. the company can only return the purchase price to the original buyer according to the payment method (credit card or wire-transfer) chosen by the buyer and the bank charges or handling fees incurred by the refund process shall be borne by the buyer (the company will deduct the fee from the refund).

Warranty
1. Within six months from the date of order and successful payment, if the product is found to be defective due to material quality, design or manufacture, our company will accept the request of refund or exchange. However, damage caused from shipping, improper assembling, improper riding or use, modification of product structure, vandalism or other factors that may not attributable to our company will not be covered by the warranty.
2. It will take three to five working days for our company to check and review the defect of the product.
3. Please indicate “broken with zero value” on the return documents if such return is covered by the warranty clause after our verification.“ broken”with zero value
4. Please do not arbitrarily disclose any photos of damaged products on Internet platforms, communities or forums to avoid causing damages to the goodwill of the company and relevant legal liabilities.
